Theraputical Hatha yoga is taking in concideration the whole being and is striving to recreate balance and for us to land in our selves.
A class would consist of Asanas or yoga positions. In each position we stay for a longer time in order to be able to observe and establish contact with out breath, it also includes bearthing exercises and a deep relaxation. In a private class we look at lifestyle and it’s impact on us and find a personal practice that could fit for you to bring balance in the long term.
