The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements that you as a customer enters with WithSegerqvist. When you place an order you agree to the terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read and understand the terms and conditions beforehand. The right to change these terms from time to time without prior notice is reserved. The version of terms and conditions that apply to your order are those updated on the website at the time you place your order.

Din försändelse skickas med Post Nord. Fraktkostnad tillkommer inom Sverige på 50kr . Notera att för alla internationella köp tillkommer ytterligare fraktkostnad. Strävan är att skicka din försändelse så snart som möjligt och inom 2 arbetsdagar. När du ändrar, drar tillbaka en order eller skickar tillbaka en vara så står du för fraktkostnaden.


Om du önskar att returnera din vara med ”withsegerqvist”, så har du 14 dagar på dig från det att du som kund mottagit din order. Notera: vid returnering står du själv för fraktkostnaden.

NOTE:: Du har ansvaret för produkterna tills de kommit tillbaka. Se därför till att dom är väl packade och spara försändelsekvitto och tracking-nummer. Var snäll och skriv ut och lägg med en kopia på ditt kvitto eller annan dokumentation av ditt köp.   

NOTE: För att minimera miljöpåverkan skickar vi bara ditt kvitto till mail. Det kommer alltså inte finnas något utskrivet kvitto i din order.


When the package is receive back to our address, it will be review and you will be refunded the amount you have paid at the time of purchase. The rights to withhold a payment until the item is received is withheld. When the item is received, we will handel the return within 7 weekdays. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used at the purchase. For example, if you have paid by creditcard, the purchase amount will be returned to the payment creditcard you used

NoteraIf you return a parcel from outside EU, you need to pay the costumfee – and it will be deducted from the full amount we refund.  


  • It has been damaged while you were responsible for it
  • You have used it
  • You have handled the item differently than it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they work
  • You have not followed the restrictions in the right of refund


As a consumer, you have 3 months right to claim which means that you can either get the defective item repaired, exchanged, get the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.


NoteraThe clothes are made from recycled silksaris. Each handpicked by me then washed and checked by my colleagues in India to be of good qulity. But it is recycled fabric, and sometimes it may have been a small hole in that our tailors managed to fix in the best way. This is part of the sustainable clothing chain and it is not an accepted reason to claim money back.

It is required that the claim is authorized and that the damage has not occured by incorrect use. Please make a claim as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect and atleast within3 months after delivery.Send it with a detailed description of the defect of the garment. If the claim is justified, we will refund shipping costs if these are considered reasonable. If not, you will have to pay all costs of transportation.

There is no guaranteethat the colors in the webshop occur exactly in the same way as on the actual product. As it may depend on the light and settings on your computer. There may also be details that are not pictured. Or varieties in the fabric pattern that varies   


Reservation för fel

We take reservations for printing errors and price errors on the homepage. In case of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order after we have informed the buyer about this.
